The Portland State University Russian Flagship Program and University of Oregon Chinese Flagship Program, in collaboration with Portland Public Schools, Woodburn Public Schools, Anchorage Public Schools, and Portland Community College, have initiated the Pacific Northwest Pathways Collective. The collective is designed to enhance language articulation in Chinese and Russian among K-12 schools, community colleges, and four-year postsecondary institutions. The purpose of this site is to facilitate long-term collaboration and sharing of developed curriculum materials in Russian across the Pacific Northwest Pathways Collective.
